Drishya Linen (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects the privacy of every person who visits our site, buys a piece of our work, or simply writes in to say hello. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we hold, why we hold it, and the choices you have in how it is used.

When you purchase, subscribe, or create an account, we collect the details you provide: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and, for trade customers, business information.

We also log basic technical data — browser type, device, referring page, approximate region — through cookies and standard analytics. We do not collect payment-card numbers; those pass securely to our payment processors.

To fulfil your order, keep you informed of its journey, and offer support if something is amiss.

To improve the site — understanding which pages are read, which pieces are loved, and where the experience could feel gentler.

To send, only with your consent, our occasional newsletter — always with one-tap unsubscribe.

Only the partners who help us run the studio: our payment processor, our logistics carriers, our email platform, and our analytics provider. Each is bound by contract to handle your data with the same care we do, and to use it only for the purpose we’ve agreed.

We do not sell your information. We do not trade it. Ever.

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, and a small set of analytics cookies to understand site usage. You may refuse non-essential cookies through your browser or our cookie banner without losing access to the store.

You may request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted. Email privacy@drishyalinen.com with your request and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EU or UK, GDPR applies to our relationship with you. If you are in California, the CCPA applies. We honour both frameworks worldwide as our baseline.

Order records are retained for seven years to meet tax and warranty obligations. Marketing data is held only while your subscription is active. Account data is deleted within 60 days of account closure.
