By using drishyalinen.com or purchasing any of our pieces, you agree to the terms below. They are written to be read — not to be hidden in the fine print — and they sit alongside our Privacy Policy as the framework for how we work together.

An order placed through our site is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer at the moment we dispatch your parcel, at which point a contract is formed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if a piece is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud.

All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted at checkout. Duties and import fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure payment processor. We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select regional methods.

Shipping timelines, rates, and carriers are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Once a parcel leaves our atelier, responsibility for loss or damage in transit rests with the carrier; we will help you resolve any claim.

Full terms live on our Shipping & Returns page. In brief: unworn, unwashed pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping.

Made-to-order, monogrammed, or final-sale pieces cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Every Drishya piece carries a five-year repair warranty against manufacturing faults. Everyday wear is not a fault — it is the patina we hope for — but we will mend seams, replace buttons, and re-hem at no cost for five years from purchase.

Drishya Linen, our logomark, photography, illustrations, and the design of our garments are ours. You may share our work with credit. You may not reproduce, resell, or mechanically copy our designs without written consent.

Please don’t use the site to transmit anything unlawful, to circumvent our security, or to scrape data at scale. We may suspend accounts that violate these basics.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drishya Linen’s liability to you in connection with any piece is limited to the amount you paid for that piece. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under consumer law in your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site and — where it matters — by email. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
